For new installations AMI recommend the Intercall 600 addressable call system. This system allows five levels of call. The call point (pictured left) features a multi-coloured re-assurance LED. The system can be triggered using pear leads, pressure mats and portable radio triggers.

The display unit (shown top right) features an LCD display with backlight. This allows numerous features such as day & night volume control, adjustable alarm tones. The output can be configured to trigger external equipment such as pagers etc. several display units can be used on the same system and can be configured to operate independently.

A call logger can also be added to the system  for printing out date and times of calls, types of calls and staff visits to rooms. The intercall 600 system is a  flexible nurse call panel which can be used by patients with any kind of disability and can be extended quickly and easily.
